In this video provided by the Munich-based company, Lilium’s unpiloted aircraft can be seen taking off vertically like a helicopter, hovering briefly, and then landing.

Lilium Jet is powered by 36 electric engines that give it 2,000 horsepower and will allow it to cruise at up to 300 km/hour. It has the potential to carry five passengers, and it will have zero operating emissions.There is no tail, rudder, propellers, or gearbox. The cabin can seat five passengers.
