The total footprint of the piece is 12′ x 7′. The bench itself is 9′ long. Plenty of room for my friends when I host BBQs. Watch the video from Michael Alm for more info:
And this is what you might call landscape furniture—custom seating built right into the terrain. Done right, it can create a little oasis in your yard or even on your deck. The cedar lumber for this planter bench costs far less than built teak furniture but is just as weather resistant.
